Marianne GENET

Ever since she adopted Mulhouse 35 years ago, Marianne has got to know and love the area. She is always ready to share her tips and can’t wait to meet visitors from around the world.

Hello, my name is Marianne. I’m originally from the Lorraine region but have been living in the Mulhouse area for more than 35 years. Over the years, I have come to love this city and all of Southern Alsace! 

My passions include sports (hiking, mountain biking, rollerblading, etc.), ballroom dancing, outings with friends (cafés, restaurants, bowling, board games, etc.), travel, photography, genealogy, etc. 

My family and my friends say I have a certain number of qualities: I’m a “bon vivant”, dynamic, sociable, spontaneous, honest, open to others – but then again, they are my friends! :-) 

As the ex-president of a leisure association, I can show you fun spots around town, in the urban areas as well as in the surrounding nature areas. 

Through my job, I have had the opportunity to travel around Europe, so I would be happy to talk to you in French, English, Spanish or German. I also speak a little Italian and Portuguese.
